Going to HRA in April for the 1st time. We have a 1br unit booked (not 1br premium). The reservation says that most 1br units do not have balconies. When I spoke w/owner services they could not give me a % of the units w/out balconies. Put in a request for a balcony, but does anyone have an idea of what our chances are of actually getting one??.....Also, not owners there, just used *options, if that matters?

The only small 1BR units with balconies that I know of are the corner units. If you take a look at the map, you'd be able to count them to get your answer.

The units with balconies are great since they also are slightly larger than the standard 1-bed units. You should try to request one if possible.

Your best bet is NOT to expect to get one, and then if you do, consider it a nice upgrade. Don't set yourself up to be disappointed.

Those units are the lock-off portion of the three bedroom units in phase 2.

We had out 1 bedroom deluxe, upgraded to a 1 bedroom premium two weeks ago. As a bonus, the room was on the 4th floor.

Great! Thanks for the info. I did request a balcony, but will be happy either way. Just wanted an idea of the chances. Thanks all.

My unit is on the fourth floor (phase I), while the views are amazing, the A/C units make so much noise, pretty ridiculous. I imagine A/C is right above the unit. We had to complain a bit about that to make sure they visit the roof at some point.
