How to verify a unit is in the "Florida Club" before purchasing resale week?

I submitted a question on a full-service Redweek listing for a Grande Vista unit, asking them to verify that the unit was part of the Florida Club and that it was specified in the deed as such. The reply I got from the agent was "I do not see where it would say Florida Club on the deed, but I do see it on the maintenance bill."
I thought that the Florida Club was specified as part of the actual deed for a unit/week (eg, an amenity that cannot be taken away). Is it actually stated in the deed somewhere, or on another legal document? What language should I be looking for and where? I understand that some units at GV are part of this Florida Club and some are not, so verifying this is important for the purchase! PS- I've never seen an actual timeshare deed before so I've no idea what is generally included or not, or if there are other legal documents that come along with a resale purchase (T&Cs, etc).
Many thanks for your responses :)

If the maintenance fee statement shows the $4.00 annual fee for Florida Club- that is all the confirmation you need that it is a Florida Club eligible unit.

There seems to be two lists that I have. I believe the first set is correct, but there is a discrepancy with the unit numbers listed for building 80. These were the first three phases of Grande Vista.

The following villas at Marriott’s Grande Vista are not Florida Club eligible:

Just contact Marriott Owner Services with the specific week information for the Grande Vista Villa you are thinking about.. They can look it up for you and confirm if it is a member of the Florida Club.

By the way, 100% of the Villas in the other four Florida Club Resorts do belong to the Florida Club. It is only Grande Vista where some units do not.

There has to be some kind of governing document that outlines use of this Florida Club benefit. Where would I find that and is that something the seller would be responsible for sharing?

I own several Grande Vista weeks that are all Florida Club and all purchased re-sale- I have never seen any governing doc so I doubt any seller is going to be able to provide you any confirmation beyond the maintenance fee statement showing the annual charge of $4.
