[How to sell] BlueGreen Vacation Timeshare?

I have a BlueGreen Vacation timeshare that I am getting rid, because I can no longer use.
It is a point based time share where I get 7000 points a year. I just don't have time to use it anymore and I don't want to pay the maint cost for something I am not using. The fees have been paid for 2017.
I will be willing to pay the title transfer fee as well. I have never sold a time share and don't know what to really put in the Ad. [redacted to comply with no-advertising rule.]

Bluegreen has a yahoo group where people can give you all the information on buying and selling your Bluegreen timeshare. Right now Bluegreen is using ROFR a lot lately. You can offer your timeshare for free with the buyer paying the transfer fee and Bluegreen might just take the offer. The information they will ask of you is what resort, week and what trust fund that your timeshare is in. There are a lot of interested buyers on that yahoo group that would either make an offer or show you what to do.

There is also a bluegreen Facebook group and someone would grab that and probably pay transfer fee.
 
Try bluegreen owners buy and sell, they will direct you if not the right spot. They will ask you where you are deeded, trust type, points, maintenance fee, etc.
