How to find recently recorded Hawaii deeds?

I am in the process of buying Marriott Ko Olina, and would like to track the closing step by step. I checked BOC website:
https://boc.ehawaii.gov/docsearch/nameSearch.html?ignoreText=true
but noticed it shows "Posted Through Date : 2013-08-21". Does that mean the deeds recorded in the past 3 months are not in the database? Any way I can locate the recently recorded deeds? Thanks for your help!

Nevermind. My reading glasses aren't working right. :)

I have deeds that are on there after that date, some in September.
It's been kept very current in my experience.

Maybe the data is right, but the webpage text is wrong? The dates it says to include in a search include today's date. So maybe if your t/s isn't showing up, it hasn't been recorded yet?

I agree with Dave. If it's not on there , it's not recorded yet.

Thanks guys. Tug rocks again.
I will wait patiently, and keep checking.

With Hawaii you can see that a deed is recorded, but to view it there is a fee. Much prefer Orange County FL (Orlando), where you can view any recorded document online for free.
