Capital Vacations and Grand Crowne
I have an interesting situation. Had a deeded Grand Crowne for 11 years. Capital Vacations convinced us to switch to them and transfer the deed 3 years ago. Today we got a quote to exit the timeshare. They only gave a quote for Capital points. I let them know that the Grand Crowne was changed to points with Capital. Was told Grand Crowne is a deed. I have paperwork that shows the points were switched. What a mess that I don’t know how to get out of.

do you pay maintenance fees to both grand crowne and capital resorts?

maintenance fees are paid to Capital. I haven’t received a maintenance fee bill from Grand Crowne since buying points from Capital. I still receive emails from Grand Crowne to bank points. I have paperwork that shows two contracts with different amounts of points. After emailing Capital they said the Grand Crowne has a deed. 3 years ago Capital said the deed was changed to points with Capital. I’m waiting for an email response from Grand Crowne also.
