How much for multiple weeks?

What if you have a fractional of 4 weeks per year, one each season at a resort. What do you list that at? I read where your price should be around what you pay for maintenance fees. We pay 4K per year.

It really just depends on the resale market supply and demand for what you own. Some deeds sell for many multiples of the annual MFs. However the vast majority of deeds sell for far less, and in quite a few cases owners have to provide incentives such as pre-paying the next year's MFs just to get someone to take it off their hands for free - in other words rather than selling they have to pay to get rid of it.

As with any other real estate, to figure out pricing to sell your specific deed the best bet is to look around for comps - what similar deeds are listed at, and if possible, have recently sold for.
