Does anyone know based on the cost per point and the points required per exchange, how much is the total exchange cost (underlying point cost + exchange fee) for say a 2BR unit in II?

Curious -- not familiar with Welk and whether maintenance fees are uniform for point purchases or if they have differing degree of price per point costs depending on what you purchased.

Thanks.

Unlike many MFs, Welk’s are a Base + per point fee MF. Thus, the MF per point goes down when you own more points.
