or soy sauce instead of worchestershire.

Try asparagus drizzled with olive oil and sprinkled with parmesan, pop in the oven on a baking tray until al dente.

Dh prepares asparagus using olive oil and then kind of grilling it in a pan. Delicious. I can do without the parmesan.

7 Uses for Mayonnaise You Never Knew About
By Jorie Nicole McDonald/ Home/ Fashion Beauty/ Southern Living/ southernliving.com

"Southerners don’t need to be reminded of the wonder that is mayonnaise. Spread it across fresh white bread for the perfect sandwich, mix it with chocolate for a mouthwatering cake, or add it to your deviled eggs for an ideal finger food. No matter what brand you prefer–ahem, Duke's–mayonnaise is a must-have in every Southern kitchen. However, you might be surprised to learn that the creamy condiment can be used for much more than another ingredient in your favorite recipe. Here are seven uses for mayonnaise you never knew about....."

I admit to loving mayo. It's my favorite condiment on a cheeseburger and on a deli sandwich with any kind of meat. Also love a good chicken salad. Can eat good potato or mac salads with with any meal with lots of mayo.

My kids on the other hand don't touch the stuff, not even in tartar sauce or some aoli. Not sure why.

We do not use Mayo as much as we use to.

We now substitute it with Avocado or pesto.

Chef John's Homemade Mayonnaise
By Chef John/ Recipes/ All Recipe/ allrecipes.com

"Homemade mayo is one of those indescribable culinary pleasures. If you have a stick-style or regular blender you can make your own mayo! It's so much cheaper and way more delicious. You also get to decide what kind of oil you want: a nice fruity olive oil; a lighter vegetable oil; or your own secret custom mix."...."
