How long for II to add resort to existing account

Does anyone have any recent experience on how long it takes for II to add a Marriott resort to your existing account with them?

I just extended our membership and added our recent ShadowRidge purchase. The rep told me it could take a couple weeks. I find that hard to believe, so wanted to see if anyone else has done this recently.

If it doesn't show up in my on-line account within a week to 10 days, I plan to call them back.

If you did this on the phone - probably 3-4 days.

It should only take a few days but it depends on how fast your resort confirms your ownership with Interval.

I was extremely surprised how fast my Shadow Ridge purchase showed up on my II account. It was less than 2 weeks. I didn't even think my purchase had closed and I saw it on II.

I imagine your experience was with a week purchased directly from Marriott.... the OP added a resale week to their account (I think!)

Yes, it was a resale week. I just checked my II account and it is there (2 days). So much for what the II rep said. However, it does not show my account being extended a year for adding the property. Might have to follow on that.

I did the same thing, I received a new II card in the mail a few weeks later showing my extended date.
