How hard is it to rent out a week you own?

I see so many listings on Redweek of folks trying to rent out their weeks at Marriotts, Westins and at other leading brands in top locations. I am just curious about how much success or lack of success Tuggers have had with renting out their weeks. Where have you had the most success advertising?
