How good is the availability at several Hyatt resorts for internal exchange?

We are planning to buy a Diamond week at Wild Oak and will rotate between a few resorts that we are interested in, ranked in priority (other than Wild Oak, which is not listed since it's not subject to availability):

1. Highland Inn
2. High Sierra Lodge
3. Coconut Plantation
4. Siesta Key Beach
5. Piñon Pointe

We are wondering about the general availability of these during the May - August timeframe.

Highlands Inn and Pinon Pointe are available most of that time. PP has lots and lots of availability then.

High Sierra is doable in May. June to August is difficult but not impossible.

I don’t follow 3 and 4.

I would say inventory is available for all except Siesta Key if you book and plan ahead starting a year to six months out.

Siesta Key is basically an affiliate with fractional ownership and optional to owners there. Inventory is rare.

For Siesta Key you need to wsitlist for early May early Sept to get anything, possibly Oct and early Nov. We used to go a lot until we hit red tide with dead fish on the shore

We've been able to grab at least four days at Highlands any time we want to go there. We will typically Interval trade into Napa, and then add some Highlands on either side. And often a SF week as well.

I know HIghland Inn has good availability all year if you try well in advance (12 months). High Sierra during the summer months is traditionally very difficult, but it’s possible it may be more available during the next year or 2 while the beach is closed. Pinon Pointe is generally pretty easy to get all year round.
