How do you get RCI fee refunded after purchasing timeshare w/free RCI?

I have purchased a Wyndham resale that comes with a free RCI membership. I paid the $89 to join RCI less than a month ago. Will I be able to get the $89 refunded now that I have the free RCI membership? If so, how do I go about doing this? Thanks!
