I swear this was "self evident" in the past, but I'm just having a mental block today, I guess. I clicked on my username, went into "my account", but cannot see any way to do more than change a profile picture.
 
Click on your username in the upper right and then select "Account Details".

Thanks, I didn't realize today those boxes were clickable for some reason.
