Finally after 4.5 months after purchase I got a copy of my deed mailed to me
from "Timeshare Freedom". I bought my timeshare on ebay in may.
The letter said a copy was also sent to the resorts management company also and that process would take up to 4-weeks. My question is I've paid
for this years maintainance fees allready which means i can use my week this year. My only week off is early Nov. The resort is affiliated with "Interval".
Who and when can I call to schedule a week?

I'm sure this is easy but it's all new to me....thanks

Call the resort to schedule your use. If you cannot get the week you want and they give you another week which you can't use, you will have to deposit it with Interval for an exchange later on, but you will need to have a membership with them first. If the resort can book the week you want in Nov, Interval becomes a moot point.
