How do I deposit my SDO in II if my membership # is not showing on the Vistana website?

I purchased a 1 bedroom SDO for $50, last July and I had been having a hard time getting Vistana to recognise me as the owner. That finally happened in late January, and now I am trying to use the Vistana dashboard to exchange it into II but when I hit the button it says they do not know my membership number.

How can I put my membership number into the Vistana dashboard so when I move it over to II it moves into the II account I own?

I did search on the forum on how to do this but was not getting any hits

Non SVN Vistana units have to be added to your personal II account. You can pay to add it but better to extend your current membership by 1year and add for free. II contacts Vistana to confirm your ownership which should facilitate getting your II number added to Vistana account.

@klpca , Thanks, I so was not thinking, --- I have not added it to the II account --- Would I just call II to add this unit to my account? I feel like I'm brain dead these days... thanks for the help

@GrayFal, thanks, I will call II on Monday to ensure that I do this right and add my SDO and extend one year of current membership.

An Update:

I called II on February 17th and spoke with an associate who stated she added my 1 bedroom premium SDO unit into II and that I should see it in II 3 business days later, its now 9 business days after that call to II and my SDO unit has not been placed into II.

Is there any other way that I can get my SDO 1 bedroom added into Internal International?

Did she charge you a fee? You can contact the TUG II mailbox;

It's been years, but iirc, I had a similar issue and Mark had to get involved.
 
After 4 phone call and 2 emails, I still can NOT get my SDO 1 bedroom added into Internal International? I just checked into SDO and I am hopeful on Monday they can help me here...

I will say I do love SDO and I got a Free Bag with no pressure to attend anything...

Do you have an individual II account that you pay for the annual membership fee yourself? Is that the account you are trying to add it to? If you have a VSN/Abound II account, you can't add a voluntary SDO to that one.

Yes, I have an individual II account that I pay the annual membership fee. I have called II and SDO and each points to the other company to get the issue resolved.
II keeps telling me its in there and I keep telling them that is a 2 bedroom SDO that I sold 5 years ago and no longer own... I do appreciate the help and trying to get to root cause of this issue

Have you actually talked with Mark Delcampo?
 
I just have to give a shout out to II representative for Tug - Mark Delcampo, just got off the phone with him and he got my SDO entered into II. He said to monitor it on my end and if I do not see it in my II account by this Wednesday to call him back....

Did you get charged the $39 fee or pay to extend your membership or did he do it without charging?
