How Bad is the Construction at Maui MML?

Spending just one night there and can get an Oceanfront Studio for same points as the IV at the Westin North.
So we can at least enjoy Sunset and Sunrise over Ocean, otherwise we are not going to be in the room.
So should I do it or stay in the Island View.

I’d always take an OF over an IV but are you referring to MMO? Studios in the old towers are different than studios at the Westin

MML is Marriott's Maui Ocean Club – Molokai, Maui, and Lanai Towers, the old towers
Will be in April soon after construction is scheduled to start.
Other thing it is looks like MML still have the Bathtub/Shower combo vs a seperate shower.

MML is the Interval International Resort code for Marriott's Timber Lodge.

MMO and MM1 are the codes for Marriott's Maui Ocean Club. MMO being Molokai, Maui, and Lanai and MM1 being Lahaina & Napili.

I know that but if you put MM1 no one knows that and most people know that Maui - MM&l is the old part.
Doesn't matter anymore. Got a hard pass of the combo shower. So Westin it is.

Where does the L come in and how does that relate to Hawaii and Maui? None of which include an L. I think most people know MMO being Marriott's Maui Ocean Club. You were also asking about the original towers, which MMO applies to. MM1 is the new part. I don't know anyone else that refers to Maui Ocean Club as MM&I? Or did you mean MM&L?

Maui Ocean Club Has Two Properties:
One is Molokai, Maui, and Lanai or MM&L
The other is Lahaina & Napili
Used that abbreviation since 2022

I've read a few posts here and never knew that people use MM&L for MMO, but apparently you do. But you used MML not MM&L, and MML is an actual II code for another resort. Odd and confusing.

I am an owner at (and currently here now) the original Maui Ocean Club towers. No construction at all right now (won't start up again until April).
The oceanfront unit views (especially in the Molokai building) are far superior to WKORN oceanfront (we own there, too), let alone island view at WKORN (although they're not bad).
If you don't need a kitchen or washer/dryer) in the room, I'd pick the Mariott studio any day of the week (especially for just one night).
