It has been a while since I stayed for 2 nights at Highlands Inn, but I remember that they did not charge a housekeeping or split week fee for 2 and 4 night stays.

I am considering a 2 night stay next year and called the property front desk and the clerk told me that yes there is a fee for both HRC weeks owners and for Portfolio Points Program owners. If so this is a big change. She also mentioned the split week fee for PPP owners the fee was $60 NIGHT!! Can anyone verify this?

We just stayed there.

As HRC member - to book an HRC stay there was the traditional $41 reservation fee on the web site, but no split week fees.

As HRC member - to book an HPP stay there's the traditional $41 fee on the web site and it says $60 will be collected on check-out, but no split week fees that I can see on the website.

I don't know what it was as an HPP member, but sat through a HPP presentation that involved a lot of fees on their end and was not compelling. $60/night seems huge.

Thanks for the information. Glad to see it did not change for HRC members.
