I have been tracking the rates for mini vans for the week before Easter and the prices have been in the $450-$600+ range.

Just checked today and an 8 day mini van rental from both BWI and DCA are down to around $340 including all the fees. From Baltimore the good rates are just on SUV's and minivans. From DCA the rates for other types are also good. A full size for 8 days for $162 all in.

I'm not sure if it is all cities but PHL looks good now too.

I checked for our summer trip and they still have the regular prices.

i have been able to use entertainment coupons on top of all the good prices out there. might be worth while to check out if the coupon discounts apply for you.
