Are you sure that amount includes property taxes that are billed in August? I say that because our fees on our Koa unit with taxes are $3,406 per week.

Cindy I believe all of your units are Koa, not Hala, and the different floor plans might have different fees.

try calling kainoa properties to see if the HOA will do a deedback (paid) 808-568-2591. They did 2 SOK contracts for me last year, and I think they manage this one for soeil as well.
