Hi,
Made a new recipe that listed Honey as an ingredient.
Does the left over honey need to be refrigerated?
The bottle doesn't say how to store.

^this. Sugar content is so high it will not perish. No need to refrigerate. Do you see bee hives with refrigeration?

It will, however get hard and dry out as the sugar solidifies. You can rejuvenate it by heating in a microwave or double boiler.

Usually, unless it states "Refrigerate After Opening" it is fine to just leave in the cupboard. As stated, honey is fine in the cupboard. I have seen some items now stating, no refrigeration necessary. This goes for the fake yucky maple flavored pancake sauce that DW likes. My pure maple syrup has to go in in the fridge after it is opened. Another item that really won't ever go bad.
