My total sunk cost was $1 as seller paid closing costs. Thus, I’m already ahead. I bought on 9/4/19. Everyone else didn’t want this TS because they were sure it wouldn’t transfer by 12/31/19.

Even I wasn’t so sure. But in case it would close by 12/31/19, I called Wyndham weekly to expedite closing and demand a Jan 1st use year.
