Yo Tuggers, any recent info on dealing with this organization. Considering a purchase through them. Good or Bad info in dealing with them would be appreciated. A Pueblo Bonito Maz RTU. Am a Mazatlan fan and own at Emerald Bay and have stayed at PB Maz numerous times. Thanks.

I have purchased twice through HolidayGroup through eBay auctions. Both transactions were completed thoroughly and quickly. Both purchases were phenomenal deals! Great communication throughout the process.

Recently completed a purchase, they were great. We paid too much to close, but the price was so good I didn't complain.

We bought directly from them -- a unit that had been traded in on a developer purchase. We got an incredible deal, but the closing took FOREVER. Almost four months. They blamed it on the local lawyer who was supposed to record the deed, and that may have been true since others have had good experiences.

Done business with holiday group a few times. Very happy with the outcome. Twice bought resorts in Mexico. You never need to pay the asking price, you can always offer them much less, and in my experience they have taken it depending how long they have had the inventory. All of holidaygroup inventory comes bulk lots from developer trade-in or possibly defaults. They do not selling business for the general public. IMO they make all their profits off the closing fees. It is all done inhouse by their company.
I also love Mazatlan, but that is usually a pretty inexpensive place to buy. Alot of deals out there.

Bought from them twice. Closing took a long time the first time. Very rapid the second time. The second time they were having a Christmas "sale" $500 off listed price and since I had bought previously I also got an additional 20% off.

Don't pay their asking price and see if anything is on "sale" Closing fees high but price very low. Good communications all the time via emal and phone.

I would do business with them again.

Keep in mind that the San Francisco Exchange Company accepts deposits from P.B. Maz.. We own there as well and have gotten some great 2 for 1 exchanges from SFX in the years when we preferred to vacation elsewhere.

they are great- if this has been in inventory lonager than three days they will negotiate so offer lower than the asking price. I love Hol Group and have bought many from them!
