Holiday Week

A website with no contact information and nothing in the About Us page.
Clicking on Blog shows nothing.
The Facebook site hasn't been updated since 2018.

There is nothing about this that looks legitimate to me. How did you even find it?

Actually I've done two deals with them and they worked fine. I think they are legit.

Looking for any info on this company as well. (holidayweek.com).

I been emailing back & forth the last couple of days with a person who goes by the name Beatriz in regards to a listing for a Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta resale unit. The latest email from her says "we just received authorization for the transfer and the forms. Sellers will execute it and will send to us. Once received, I will send it to you for your signature since the document can be signed in counterparts. We only need to receive a copy via email. No need to send any original document. Please find attached the credit card payment authorization form so that we can run the charge of the MFxxxx and the sales price. Fill it out, sign, scan and send back to me when you have a chance".

I can't find much info online & hesitant to provide them with credit card info until I know if they are legit. You indicated that you've done a couple of deals with holidayweek.com so I am interested in any info you might have on this company & their legitimacy. Thanks.

I also dealt with Beatriz. What I bought was low cost and I paid with a credit card. As long as you pay with a credit card you should be protected. I think they are legit and she always replied to my emails pretty quickly. I know they are in Mexico and that's where she is.

Thanks for the reply. Have you visited any of the properties you purchased or been provided anything that would verify that the transaction is legit and not a scam? This would be my 1st time buying into a timeshare in this manner and the fact that there is not much on the web at all in regards to this company, and what is there, appears to be at least a few years old, is very disconcerting to me. I just want to make sure that the old adage about when something sounds good to be true...doesn't play out in this case

In some discussions with this company now, wondering if there are any updated comments about anyone's experience working with Holiday Week. The web site seems...well, incomplete and suspect. But the personal communication with Beatriz has been professional so far. Looking for a bit more reassurance from a reference if anyone could assist. Thank you.

I worked with Beatriz / Holiday Week last fall as she was involved in brokering a transfer of membership agreement deal between the sellers, the resort ( BelAir Krystal Grand Nuevo Vallarta), & myself. I too was very suspicious going in because there was very little that I could find on the web in regards to Holiday Week. However, all of my interactions with Beatriz were very professional & she did her best to ease my concerns. Her response to my emails/questions was very timely & helpful. All-in-all, the transaction & transfer of ownership from the seller to myself was smooth and went mucher quicker than I expected. Now, once the transfer of the membership agreement was complete, and I was dealing with the BelAir group , that is a whole different story. However, as far as my experience with Beatriz, I would do business with her again.

Very helpful, thank you!

Our family recently went thru a purchase using this company. Great experience. Working with Beatriz was a pleasure, she was on top of everything. I would definitely use them again.

Has anyone heard of Holiday Week? https://holidayweek.com/
I'm considering buying a few timeshares from them and have never heard of them. Looks like they are renting timeshare weeks.
Did you proceed with your purchase? I am presently trying to purchase timeshare through them but the process seems sketchy, especially asking for providing PIP via email

I did a couple deals with them and there was no problem. Beatrix was responsive to my questions.

I am in the process of a buy thru them. Beatriz contacted me about a TUG marketplace want listing I had posted. The price was right-I pay all closing costs thru LT Transfers and I receive 2025 useage. Beatriz was very attentive to my email questions and I have submitted all the paperwork to LT Transfers. I'll let you know how it goes.

We bought from them and Beatriz was responsive and helped work through everything. We had a hiccup with the saved points not transferring over when we closed in early 2025, but she worked with seller, buyer, and closing to get things resolved. I would buy from them again in the future.

They should liked an upfront company.

My experience with them was professional and I would work with them again. Deal closed in average time expected and I have the unit now. I worked with Beatriz. She always answered the phone and emails were responded to almost immediately.

I bought a week at Grandview from Beatriz at Holiday Week through a TUG ad and Resort Closings handled the transfer. The price was right, the transaction was smooth, and the transfer done by Resort Closings was the fastest I’ve had RCI points transferred into my account. Not an endorsement, just my experience

Still waiting on transfer from LT. It's going on 3 months now. I was promised free use of week 29 at The Colonies for 2025 as part of the sale but Beatriz pulled that promise back and said that I would be paying this years maintenance fees if I wanted to use it. I don't know if she could do that because it was listed on the sales agreement. She has this unit for rent on her website and no one has rented it. Mute point I guess because week 29 is checking in on the 19th.

Wow! Thats not good, saying it's part of the deal and now rescinding.
What's her website? When I look at Holidayweek.com, it looks like an empty site.

It's Holidayweek.com and yes, if you try opening any links, there is no information. I still have faith in the transfer and am just waiting.

Dont know if you know this but Daily Management takes from 8-10 weeks to send the ROFR waiver for this resort, I am helping a friend doing the transfer, maybe thats why the delay. I´d suggest you to request an update to your agent. :)

So I also went ahead and bought a TS from Beatriz at Holiday week. She is on the ball and answered all questions pretty much immediately.
So 7/11/25 we started the process and I received the recorded deed from her via email 8/20/25 and also received the original from LT transfer about a week later via mail. She did say it could take several more weeks for the resort to send the official confirmation of the transfer completed. so at this point it is the waiting game.

I'm still in the waiting period of transfer because the original owner did a quick claim deed and put both of his children's name on the deed unbeknownst to the selling son.
I received an update from Beatriz saying they will need a quick claim deed with both signatures and then LT Transfers will make a new deed. The husband of one of them is military and the wife has a POA to sign on his behalf and they charge $38 to record the POA. Beatriz said that when LT sends her the deed, she would let me know so I can send LT the fee to cover the POA.
I asked her why I would be paying a fee to correct a deed that predates my involvement? She quickly responded by saying that I was correct and the owner's will pay. Couldn't believe it! Be careful with your transactions with Holidayweek.
