Good day.
I have a red week two bedroom condo in Flint, TX, yet the owner can stay in other resorts.

Name of timeshare: Holiday Inn Club Vacations (use to be Silverleaf Resorts)
Float or fixed week (if float, floating period): fixed week--3rd week in September
If enrolled in RCI points, number of points: not enrolled/never upgraded to this
Annual or biennial (if biennial, odd or even year): annual
Amount of annual maintenance fees: as of January 2023, $128.32

If you are willing to take on this account, I will pay everything for it to be transferred to you.
 
as an fyi in case you dont get an interested party. you can also surrender this back to holiday inn using their deedback program. although there is a pretty hefty fee they charge for that now.

fingers crossed someone might be interested in taking it over for you though!
 
Hi @truthinzoe - just a couple of well meaning suggestions to help this get more positive attention:

Change the title to reflect the correct week # (I think the 3rd week in September is week 37 but please verify)
I think this is at Canyon Lake in Texas? If so I would provide a description of the property and a website link to show all a lake timeshare has to offer.
Looks like maintenance fees are paid monthly? Is that the $128.32 amount you have listed? Your call but a free use year in 2023 would be very attractive to a buyer.
 
I have a feeling you mean $128.32 per month not per year.
 
Just mapped it - it’s just south of Tyler, TX, in the piney woods of East Texas, near Lake Palestine. A relaxing place for swimming and fishing after school starts (so not as many kids around).
