Does anyone know how to go about finding HOA info on a resort? The primer says that we should be able to get that info. Thanks. Kelly

You have to talk to the mangement company by calling the telephone number for each resort. Some may not willing to give out that info even if you are owner.

Just for everyone's info, the manager at patriot's place gave me the name of the HOA, the president's name, email, phone and address. She was very helpful. I thought that was very cool. Even if we didn't end up buying there. I think we won't be willing to buy at a resort that won't reveal their HOA.
