I noticed that my 2018 HK credits were all gone and I had only borrowed a few for some reservations this year. I called and after some checking the VC told me that there was a glitch in the system that she had been noticing for a couple of weeks now. If you have a converted week and borrow credits, instead of only taking the credits you need to borrow, the system is taking all of your credits. She says they will fix mine, but it will be a couple of days before they are back. If you have converted weeks and borrow credits, pay attention to your updated total.
