Hiltons in Orlando

Looking at trading into a Hilton resort in Orlando for 2012. My question is: If I trade into Hilton on International Drive does that mean the 1 in 4 rule applies to any of the Hilton properties in Orlando? So basically, I would not be able to trade into Hilton Seaworld until 2016?

No, you cannot exchange to the same resort in 4 years.
You can exchange into Seaworld or parc soleil.

When you try to exchange into the same Hilton in three years, who keeps up with that? Who stops you from doing that? RCI, Hilton, ?
