So, 13440 is the number of points you currently have. You need to cofirm the number of annual points you receive. Also the amount of MF actually billed and I take it that it's billed every other year.

Below someone posted the 3 BDM maintenance fees in the 2026 HGVC MF thread. Not sure if an EOY usage comes out exactly what the annual 3 BDM MF is and/or if 1/2 the MF is charged every year. Your accounting of payments makes it difficult to track (nothing paid in 2025 so maybe the 2/17/26 payment brought it current?). HGVC maintenance fees may increase 3%-7% yearly but they don’t bounce up and down wildly like your accounting shows.

Below someone posted the 3 BDM maintenance fees in the 2026 HGVC MF thread.

MFs at Valdoro for EEY are posted for OF (Operating Fees) and RF (Reserve Fee) EEY, and Re Taxes are posted in the old years. Club dues will be due every year if this is their only HGVC ownership.

Sorry, but that statement isn't true. MFs increased by 3.61%. That is a fairly low, reasonable increase.

Again, I posted the point chart for Valdoro Mtn Lodge. You either own a Platinum Week 3BR, or if you do own a Gold Week 3BR then your point amount is wrong. It looks to me that you own a 3BR platinum week. If that is the case, then is it a Winter Ski Week Platinum or Summer Platinum Week. Valdoro sold both. If you own a Winter Platinum ski week 3BR, that deed is worth money.

btw, I own a Winter Platinum ski week at Valdoro in a 3BR.
