Hilton Grand Vacation "Elara" Las Vegas For Free [Westgate Phase]

1 bedroom
Even years half a week (M-T, F-S)
Maintenance Fee 518.28
No Reservation For 2016
Paid In Full

Is this what you meant? 1/2 week usage every other even years.

Usage will be either Monday through Thursday nights OR Friday to Sunday nights

Is this correct?

I hope someone takes it from you, and thanks for the offer!!

If this is a Hilton, not Westgate, unit, you can use the points anytime and any days at any available HGVC.

OP: You need to post the number of points you have.

I dont think Hilton sells partial weeks, this is likely a Westgate contract.

Yes this is a contract I purchased through Westgate. But the name of the resort is Hilton Grand Vacation "Elara" originally Planet Hollywood Towers. I do have 1/2 week every other year. I am not away of any point system.

So you pay MF every year but get 1/2 week usage in even years? So you pay ~$1000 per usage? Or ~$500 per usage?

Also what do you mean by "no reservation in 2016"? You have not made a reservation but it would be available to the new owner? Or no reservation is available to the new owner in 2016?

FYI, I'm not interested in this unit, just trying to understand the ad.

I am not OP, but i believe MF is paid every other year, usage year only.
If OP paid MF every year, then it meant half paid every year.
My 2 bedroom (whole week) MF is about $1,100 so 1 bedroom half week is $518/usage.

This contract sounds like it may be tough to get rid of. I have never heard of a half week contract. Does it mean you can only use it mid-week when rates are cheaper?

I can get a reservation for any week in an even year. The half week goes from Monday night thru Thursday night or Friday night thru Sunday of that week. I hope that answers your question

You may want to update your first page to clarify some things that was asked in this forum. The Elara is a nice resort, the MF are reasonable. You should be able to give this away with no problem.

Things to add: Who pays closing? Is 2016 MF part of the deal? Is this a floating
week? Does this trade with RCI or II?

Good luck!

How do change the first page without starting over. I don't know what PPI or II is. Thanks

Click on my blue user name, and send me an private message with EXACTLY what you want posted, and I will change it for you.

RCI and II are timeshare exchange companies.
