Thanks to all who replied. I am trying to figure out which week to reserve at my resort. This is a big help!

Hi,

Can anyone tell me what the highest Summer Demand Weeks are in Orlando area?

Weeks 23-29, highest

Although weeks 23-29 pretty much spans the whole "summer", lots of sellers will advertise that their summer week is in fact a "summer" week, when I feel like if kids have to be back in school, then that is NOT really a summer week. I bet week 27-ish is highest demand since it is sometimes 4th of July week, and families sometimes get extra free time off from work. I bet the Unofficial Guide to Disney can pinpoint the highest demand week more accurately, but I thought I'd give my 2-cents worth.....

Per Interval International it is Week #26 (the week that includes 4th of July weekend)

Disney park attendance does not necessarily equal timeshare demand, but if you are trying to avoid crowds, this link provides some information.

The 4th of July isn't mentioned in the link, but it is generally regarded as the absolute worst day to be at Disney due to the crowds and heat. Christmas and New Year's are also very crowded, but the weather is more manageable.
