Hideaway Sands Maint Fee Increase

Hello - any owners from Hideaway Sands in St Pete's Beach? Wondering how you feel about the huge increase in our Maint Fee's? My unit rents for only $25 more than what I am paying. What is the use of having it then? We love the resort but geezzzzzzz. Doesn't make sense. We were at $580 last year and now it is at $699. comments please :ponder:
