HICV Error 500

I can log into HICV, but if I click any link I get an Error 500. Is anyone else having this problem? Last time I had this issue, when they fixed it, I gained status - makes me wonder if someone tried to take status away and it broke again.

Guess it's just me - I called and opened a ticket, but they said that they are swamped and it will probably take a week for anyone to look at it :(

True - what I meant was that the whole site is not down, since some people have access. If the whole site was down, I'd expect it to be fixed in a couple of days because there would be one big ticket to work on and not a bunch of account-specific issues.

HICV called today to check if my issue is resolved (it's not) - apparently they made some IT fixes over the weekend that fixed some global issues affecting a large number of accounts.
