We are looking to rescind our HICV and we cannot find the page where it says what all we need to include in the letter to cancel. I see where it says what information is needed for cancellation. All I can find is it saying:
As fully set forth in the Florida Public Offering Statement, Florida law provides that you may cancel the Purchase Agreement for the purchase of an Interest in Orange Lake Land Trust, without any penalty or obligation, within ten (10) calendar days after the date you sign the Purchase Agreement. Similarly, Tennessee law provides that you may cancel the Purchase Agreement for the purchase of an Interest in Orange Lake Land Trust within ten (10) days from the date of the signing of the Purchase Agreement where you have made an on-site inspection of the timeshare project or any component site prior to signing the Purchase Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, however, in the event you have not made an on-site inspection of any portion of any component site of Orange Lake Land Trust, a nonspecific multisite timeshare plan, prior to signing the Purchase Agreement, you may cancel the Purchase Agreement for the purchase of an Interest in Orange Lake Land Trust within fifteen (15) calendar days from the date you sign the Purchase Agreement.
