I've been getting the following error for the last several weeks:

I have to call in to book, which fails initially (I guess the agents use a similar system to what we use). and then they have to go use a separate process to book directly with the resort.
Just wondering if anyone else has this problem now or had it in the past but got it fixed. I've had an HICV IT case open for a while, but they can't see to fix it, which is odd since it happens consistently for both me and them.
