I have a VIP trip coming up for 4/3 - 4/10...trying to cancel but can't seem to get thru to the VIP reservation line at all in the past 3 days...
I get a recording saying they are not answering and the mailbox is full...so I can't even leave a message...
has anyone had any luck reaching them?

Even if you can't get through, it's very likely that they'll fix things after-the-fact. HGVC have been very cool inn policies during this.

Keep trying. I called them about a week ago and got right through. I also have a VIP package and they told me they are extending packages that are expiring in the next 60 days for another 3 months. They likely will roll this forward to future cancellation dates. They also will allow cancellations up to 72 hours beforehand even though normal policy is 60 days.

You can email them your cancellation and request for extension in writing at:

vipinfo@hgvc.com

Keep a copy for your files in case they claim they didn't receive it.
