HGVC Transferred To Me

My grandmother recently transferred her HGVC to me and my wife. I am trying to pay the maintenance fee online but it says the contract number is already registered under another email. How do I move forward with having her email taken off the account. Should I just call their 800 number?

If the transfer is complete, they've issued you your own member #.
Your online account should be set up with your own #, not her contract #.

The call in center is very helpful. They helped me set up my account early after I bought resale.
