HGVC Resort Biennial week on resale

Hello,
The maintenance fees listed seem to indicate that $1895 is paid yearly. That's the same amount as the annual mf for that unit. Is that correct?

In another system, the fees are split yearly (say, $947.50 annual) with only the club fee (another $300-400)as an annual. I was just curious if that mf listing is how it is done in HGVC. This is one of the HGVC resorts.

You pay the full MF biennialy and the club fee annually.

Yes, different systems have different rules.

For an EOY week at a HGVC developed resort, maintenance fees are paid EOY and Club dues are paid annually.

Most HGVC resorts have you pay your full MF’s EOY. In you get your points in an odd year, you pay your full MF’s plus you club dues in an odd year. In even years, you only pay your club dues. There are some anomalies, but the majority of resorts are the same.

Correct, there are some that do pay half each year but most only in the year of the points.
