HGVC Quality Assurance Manager

They serve as a person that is there to hear your complaints so that you (the one doing the complaining) believe that they are being properly addressed and that all is right with the world. The economics, however, go something like this --- Cost to correct the problems in total ==$50,000.00----Cost of Quality Assurance Manager $27,500.00.

Is the Quality Assurance Manager usually present during a sales presentation? Is it mandatory?

The quality assurance manager was not present during our sales but we met her to sign the paperwork for the purchase.

Why did you sign any paperwork in front of a developer (meaning you wasted ton load of money buying directly from the developer) :ponder:

Yes I did. I wouldn't do it again. Now I know, then I didn't.

When we were signing our paperwork, there was no Quality Assurance Manager present. We never met anyone else. Only the sales person. This doesn't seem correct. Any comments?

We never meet a Quality Assurance Manager, IMO I think this person may just come out to help convince you to buy.
