There are a number of hotels until the Hilton umbrella of brands which are pet friendly but to my knowledge there are no HGVC locations.

When we see this sign, DW always says: "You'll have to wait outside."

You can find each resort's pet policy on hilton.com or their own website.
Invariably, they say (like SeaWorld):

Pets
Service animals allowed	Yes
Pets allowed	No

While they are not pet friendly, the Carlsbad affiliates often have small untrained "therapy" dogs staying in the resort. I haven't been there in a few years, so maybe someone finally closed that loophole.
