HGVC- Orlando - March 2016

Hi , I still waiting for my deed to be recorded so this means I have no points to book at least this month.
QUESTION:

How possible is to book a 1 bed in HGVC Orlando (anywhere at this point) within 45 or 30 days of the date? looking for March 23 to march 30

You could try Open Season and pay cash.

It doesn't look very likely. My guess is it is a popular spring break week. You may be able to find something in RCI. Another choice is to call HGVC (when you have a membership) and ask to book another Hilton property like an Embassy Suites or Homewood Suites. You have to pay a fee and the conversion rate is really bad, but for a last minute booking, it's better than paying full freight at a hotel.
