I was just there, didn't ask about golf but was given the parking discount - self park free, valet $10/day. Regular price was $10 and $15.

I suspect as an hgvc owner you would get the same perks as O22 owner.

At the front desk you can get coupons for minigolf. It is free anytime before 6pm and discounted after. We got those everyday we were there. You also get to rent free DVD, one a day.

I stayed at Ocean 22 in February using points from another HGVC property and was able to use the owner golf discount. Tee times are restricted to 48 hour in advance based on availability. We were able to play every day paying a $25 per person cart fee at the participating courses. The tee times are booked thru the concierge desk that is across from the check in. The Ocean 22 staff was extremely helpful in checking availability and booking the tee times. You are given a tee time reservation slip that is presented at the course pro shop and then charged the cart fee at the course.

That website was really helpful. I didn't know HGVC had that listed by location. Now how do you get tan "Experiapence card". It says you need a card for the discounts but I didn't see how you get a card.

I acknowledge my shortage of explanation, sorry.
When you check in, you can get an experience card (made of paper) with the list from the concierge.
