HGVC no login through app or website 3/6/20

Neither the website nor the app is allowing club logins. It errors out saying I have no membership!

I called in to take care of some RCI items.
At the same time the HGV representative confirmed the website is down.

I was just online with no problems.

Sometimes it helps to clear your cookies and browsing history.
I was told to do that when I could not log onto a site. It worked.

For some reason, Chrome recently changed my home page to TUG.
I like TUG, but not for a home page. I went to Settings and changed it back.

My account was reset somehow. The rep had me reset my password and then I needed reassign my properties to the login account. I’m back in business !
