Just received notice that my May 17th reservation at Orlando Midtown has been moved to Tuscany/I-drive due to a delayed opening of the Midtown property. New opening date is May 22
They first called my home phone and my cell phone, but I was out of the country at the time, so I didn't get those messages.
Then they sent 2 emails saying that they were trying to contact me, and another email with a confirmation for Tuscany. I answered 1 of the emails (from Japan), and they responded with the details. (This was from Lori and Michelle, Resolution Specialists, at Owner and Call Center Services in Orlando.) (pm me if you'd like the phone number).
If you look at the availability on the HGVC website, you'll see that nothing is available until May 21.
The Hilton hotel reservations site indicates a May 2009 opening (no specific date given, and no reservations being taken yet.)
You should probably look at your reservation history on the HGVC website and see what it says about your March trip.
