You are a TUG member so just keep watch on the sightings forum for HGVC bulk banks in RCI, that's where they will show up, nothing yet.

You won't get them in the HGVC - RCI portal (unless inside 9 months), you'll need an RCI weeks account with tpu.

Cash rooms are available on Hilton and some award availability.

Yes, it's mostly a balcony issue - on the ADA rooms - you have a door that opens outward - reducing the sqft of the balcony - instead of a sliding window. The gentle (🤣) Maui breezes would slam the door, or opening the front door would cause the balcony door to close.

In a room that fits 6 - the outdoor furniture issue is a big deal. Not everyone in your party can be seated outside at the same time.

Interior - a roll in shower or toilet with handles is not an inconvenience.

Not until Wednesday. Then a check out at 10 check in at 4. We will probably do it. My back is already hurting from all the stooping over. At least our room was ready when we got here at 11 am.
 
When I was there last week of July I traded my 2PX resale deed for 1BP & 2BP deeds + $10k. So I'm now HGV Max Premier , I'd be interested to see the 2BR Premium that I purchased some day :)

Yes, we DM'd about this move. I went with a 1BX & 2BP. And @Jace the 2BP is my favorite! I've been lucky to get the 2nd floor of Bldg 2 (3x). all the 2Bedrooms look the same - it's just the view and floor that are different.

yes, I went to Centum in Mar 2024, and it was taken away Oct 2024, and then temporarily reinstated Dec 2024 for 2 years.

I do recall you sharing, in these forums, the Centum promised & then switcheroo experience by HGVC Reps (? at Cabo) for you... Hope they give you, what they promised in writing...

Move out/in day today. So it’s a resort day. I guess we’ll go see the concierge and see what’s up. Staff are all so nice here but definitely Hawaiian time on everything so far.
 
Glad they moved you into a nicer room!
Enjoy the precious time there (& hope the PM Kihei winds aren't too nutty)...
