I'm trying to find a resort map for the HGVC Maui Bay Villas. Does anyone have one they can share? I've searched for a while and can not find one posted. If I missed it, can you let me know where it is? Thank you!

FWIW - BLD 6 is ocean view, not ocean front. The only ocean front building is the restaurant across the street. The Map is a tad old - What's on this original map - are BLDGs 8, 9, & 6.
bldg 6 is the only FULL ocean front bldg, 8 & 9 give you views of Haleakala. To the north of 9 is bldg 10, it is the next to open. To the north of the Pool are Bldgs 2 (closest to Kihei Rd) and 4. On the far north end is Bldg 3 - currently Bldg 3 has it's own private parking lot - although I used it while staying in Bldg 2 last month.
I was told after bldg 10 opens they will pause on construction. Bldgs 1, 5, 7, 11, and 12 - as I was told, will not start construction until 2026.
The Beach Club is “Beach Front” it’s literally in the name.FWIW - BLD 6 is ocean view, not ocean front. The only ocean front building is the restaurant across the street.
planning to be there in Jan/Feb 2026... Very helpful, TY!The Map is a tad old - What's on this original map - are BLDGs 8, 9, & 6.

You do not want to take your chances on a 2PX - there are only 3 of these units in building 6 - all on the 3rd floor and one of the rooms is ADA - you have a 1/3 chance of having limited patio seating for 4 people. When I stayed there last year the seating was for only 2 people - they added a 2 person table. Here is the latest resort information.
If anyone has any ideas on how to get a 2PX or 3PX to open up which you can buy for cas right now on 7/26 to 8/1 I welcome that too

Thank you!@BarbA This may be even more helpful for you: HGV MBV link to the digital directory for your stay reference: https://hilton.uniguest.com/OGGMBGV-welcome
So none of the other building have a 2PX? Only Building 6? Is the ADA room the one with the limited patio seating? How do they assign rooms? Do they give priority to MBV owners? Elite Premier? Should we call and request one of the other two rooms and tell them we don't want the ADA room? Thanks I just want to be sure I understood your message clearly @h2oflyboy.You do not want to take your chances on a 2PX - there are only 3 of these units in building 6 - all on the 3rd floor and one of the rooms is ADA - you have a 1/3 chance of having limited patio seating for 4 people. Fun Fact - I owned a 2BR PX and traded it in for a 2BR Plus and a 1BR Premier! I love the 2BR Plus! I would turn-down an upgrade to Premier or Penthouse if offered.

Thanks, understood. Does MBV have 2PX in any other buildings or only building 6? What's the managers name please?I was an owner of the 2 bedroom penthouse in BLDG 6 - my status, nor my ownership did not get me priority to the non ADA rooms - I spoke with the manager, she gave me her card to let her know when I would return in my unit and she would make sure it wouldn’t be the ADA room. It no longer matters as I changed the deed from the Penthouse to a 2 bedroom plus and a 1 bedroom premier.
Let’s be honest… I was not staying on a home week - so all bets were off with ownership and getting the non ADA room

Sorry! Hope all was well with you/your place.I had a flood in Dec 2025 and it’s someplace! Just don’t know where.
Thanks @h2oflyboy … enjoy your trip.I have docs
I’m guessing here as I am on a plane over the Atlantic - I uploaded a document that would give the exact answer to this question and it’s in #81 of the detailed resorts info. Thank you @Denise L - BLDG 6 houses the PX on the top floor - there are 3 of them, when BLDG 7 is complete, it will mirror the units in 6. That would make only 6 units of 2PX. The 2PH would be on the 2nd floor of 6 & 7 and the top and forward units on the floors of BLDG 1, 2, 3. I wish I could recall where are the 2PH on BLDG 4 & 5.
The sticky will lay it out - just follow the logic of the mirrored BLDGs. I cannot display the pic in post #81 inflight.
The manager’s card is at home - I had a flood in Dec 2025 and it’s someplace! Just don’t know where.
Is the biggest issue with the ADA version of the 2BR PX the limited patio furniture on the lanai? Or are there other challenges? I have had numerous ADA rooms over the years. Some are just a minor inconvenience, and others are more impactful. One time, we got an ADA 1BR at Kings Land, it had an extra-large footprint for the bathroom to better accommodate a wheelchair, but they also replaced the separate tub and shower with a large two-person whirlpool tub. It was annoying not to have a shower for the week. At least the tub had a hand sprayer, but the hose was short, and that's not the same as a shower. You do not want to take your chances on a 2PX - there are only 3 of these units in building 6 - all on the 3rd floor and one of the rooms is ADA - you have a 1/3 chance of having limited patio seating for 4 people. Yes, it's mostly a balcony issue - on the ADA rooms - you have a door that opens outward - reducing the sqft of the balcony - instead of a sliding window. The gentle () Maui breezes would slam the door, or opening the front door would cause the balcony door to close.
In a room that fits 6 - the outdoor furniture issue is a big deal. Not everyone in your party can be seated outside at the same time.
Interior - a roll in shower or toilet with handles is not an inconvenience.
Has anybody seen any exchange activity anywhere for MBV?We were there a few days ago to meet a TUGger friend. Fabulous resort, nice beach access across the street with a restaurant.
I hope these come available via exchange at some point. I will be watching for inventory.
Looks like only about 3 more buildings to go before it's complete. Great pool.
