HGVC LV HILTON $12,500 (7000 Points)

I just wired the fees to HGVC Title in Orlando for a 7000 point unit at the LV Hilton. I made an offer at the beginning of August before the stock market dropped 6000 + points. I never received an ROFR statement from Hilton, just the closing documents from HGVC Title in Orlando. I purchased from a company in CA that specializes in Marriott / Hilton timeshare resales.

Just for your information, the offer was accepted in mid August with a closing date of October 15th. As of today, the new closing date is around the 20th of November.

Looking at a four month turn around in this case.

When you consider that the same TS bought direct from HGVC would have been close to $24,000 you did OK. But the price of all TS seem to have dropped quite a bit in the last several months. You may have been able to do better now than $12,500.
