8,000 Annual HGVC Points, January Renewal
Full Points available for 2025.
Two Bedroom Float Weeks# 1-5, 16-23 & 33-50 Gold Season
$1,765.64 - Due Annually January 1st
HGV Club Dues: $219.00 (If not already an owner) - due annually NOT included in amount above
Buyers responsible for the 2025 Club Dues and 2026 maintenance fees.
$715 Club Activation Fees will be invoiced to the buyer by Hilton upon change of ownership.
Seller pays all closing costs.
