HGVC Flamingo resale prices

I know that Flamingo prices are usually a bit higher than the other LV HGVC properties because it doesn't have the ROFR. I have a chance to pick up a 5K point ownership for about $4800, essentially just under $1/point. I can't remember if this is an ok deal or a really good deal.

Depends if it's an annual or EOY. For an annual it's so-so since Gold weeks are worth less than Platinum ones because you are paying the same maintenance fee for less points. If it's an EOY it's not good at all.

I picked up a couple affiliates for less (because they are affiliates) but this would be a true HGVC resort
