According to the elite website this is only a benefit for Elite Premier. Maybe I'll call later to see what the points exchange rate is.

Reservation privileges are extended to Elite Premier qualifying Club Members, at the above resorts as well as the following additional properties:

Anantara Vacation Club, Bophut, Koh Samui
Anantara Vacation Club at The Shores, Queenstown, New Zealand
Anantara Vacation Club, Bali
Anantara Vacation Club, Phuket Mai Khao
Anantara Vacation Club, Bangkok Sathorn

Anantara Vacation Club reservation details:

Reservations may be made 9 months (276days) prior to the desired check-out date
ClubPoints and/or Bonus Points may be used to book reservations at Anantara resorts based on availability.
Members have a minimum one (1) night stay at AVC resorts
Standard transaction fees per reservation and Club Cancellation policies apply.
Reservations may only be requested via telephone by calling an Elite Club Specialist (bookings are not available online)

I am thrilled about this opportunity to go to New Zealand. Finally a truly exceptional opportunity available to Elite Premier!
 
They've added the resorts to the Elite website resort gallery along with the point charts.

I also called and asked about some weeks in 2014 and there seems to be availability for High Seasons. Event Weeks(wk52, etc) there didn't seem to be any avail.
