With Seaworld and Tuscany fully build and I assume sold, what are the plans for Parc Soleil.
I found the following..."Hilton Parc Soleil phase one involved the construction of two 14-story, 360,000 square foot timeshare buildings. Facilities include a zero-entry pool, spa, deli, bar, conference rooms and ornamental water fountains. Each building contains a three-level, 180-space parking garage. This multi-phased hospitality resort project will eventually involve a total of 7 timeshare buildings, 1,172 units."

So they have built only 2 of 7 planned buildings, but that was before Las Palmeras became a player on the board. I know HGVC likes to build out in the same place, but I assume they have lots of Las Palmeras inventory before they will even begin their expansion on Parc Soleil.

Is that correct assumptions?

If that correct assumptions.

I agree that HGVC likes to build out in the same place. Your information about the Parc Soleil plans being 7 buildings in addition to the other 3 timeshare complexes is certainly an example. In Las Vegas there are now 5 HGVC timeshare complexes. The Hilton Hawaiian Village now has 4 buildings with timeshares as well as 2 others within walking distance; the Hokolani about a 1/2 mile away and another timeshare planned on the other end of Waikiki about a 1-1/2 miles away. Also, we were in Waikoloa last week where HGVC has 4 timeshare complexes all within walking distance. Kingsland seems to have been planned like Parc Soleil. It has grown from the original 6 buildings to about 12 buildings. The first buildings were named 1-6 and we noticed that there are about 5 buildings next to them on the same side of Waikoloa Beach Drive that were labeled 7-11. However, there are about 6 buildings on the other side of the street that if I recall correctly are labeled 20-25. Therefore, the numbering system allows for about 8 more buildings. HGVC does like to build out big time in the same place. While we totally concur with the big building in Waikiki since it seems that as much as they build in Honolulu it sells out and is occupied year round. The availability in Honolulu for open season is almost always non existent; the other areas seem to be somewhat overbuilt.

One thing that we thought odd was that the large piece of land that is adjacent to Building 1 closest to the Waikoloa Beach Hotel has not been developed. We always thought that that area would be developed soon to link the original 1-6 buildings with the rest of the development along Waikoloa Beach Drive so that the walk from Kingsland to the rest of the development including the other Hiltons would not be so much like walking through a desert without shade.
